CMD Founder, Community Facilitator & Career Coach
Alex Berry is an avid storyteller, world traveler, and technologist originally from Albany, Georgia. He graduated from Georgia Tech with degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business, and Mandarin. Though his day job is as a technical program manager with Intel’s global supply chain, Alex enjoys spending time playing soccer and volunteering.

Chester is CMD’s mascot and résumé connoisseur from Portland, Oregon. Chester works hard in all parts of CMDs social business. Chester’s academic background spans technology, business, and teaching and is always available for a crucial career conversation! Design Scope Manager
Dyllan Elizabeth is a multi-disciplinary creative born and raised in Maui, Hawai’i. Often referring to herself as a digital magician, Dyllan works as a freelance designer with a passion for problem solving and turning dreams into a reality. When she’s not making magic, you’ll most likely find her swimming or adventuring.
Isaac Holland (HE/HIM/HIS)
Web Developer
Isaac is a digital nomad who specializes in web development and digital marketing. He recently graduated from University of Oregon with degrees in Business and Philosophy. When he’s not working on his digital marketing agency startup, you’ll find him playing disc golf, hiking, mountain biking, skiing or chasing adrenaline outside.

Molly worked with CMD’s Design Team to bring our graphic ideas and dreams to life. By supporting all of our other departments in design consultation or direct content creation, Molly’s solutions and designs enabled CMD to grow and scale up our service offerings to serve as many individuals in our community as possible!

We brought Amber onboard during our Spring 2021 team expansion to consult CMD about operating practices, developing new programs, and leadership coaching. In 2.5 months, Amber helped us better understand our operational metrics, rethink our service delivery strategy, and create a better process for community engagement.

Madeline Faaborg-Hubbard
Marketing Strategist
Lead CMD’s first Marketing Team and managed marketing teams’ execution. Under her leadership, our nascent marketing team supported a new website launch, the creation of a blog, and a redefinition of our services. Madeline coordinated with our design team, managed the marketing strategy, and engaged with external consultants.

“I gained confidence as a leader and making decisions. I got experience in doing a little bit of everything. I was able to create a blog, a content calendar, and share the first blog post in my first month.”
Megan Lewis
Business Marketing Analyst
CMDs first Business Marketing Analyst who aided the generation of revenue models, e-commerce pricing models, and service packages. Megan developed a process for relationship and account management, enabling 40% revenue growth year over year; she created and branded a sponsorship program supporting service delivery!
Danny Suárez
Video Production + Animation Intern
CMD’s first Video Production Intern. They helped amplify CMD’s service offering by creating amazing graphics, videos, and other content, that showcase CMD’s storytelling. Danny created animated videos that highlight what CMD is and how we help people tell their stories. With their unique illustration techniques and skills, Danny has also brought CMD’s mascot, Chester M Darrow, to life!
