Next, we want to learn about you! During your orientation call, we’ll talk logistics, content, expectations, payment terms – oh my. Afterwards, we’ll send you our formal engagement proposal, the cost (ask about our pay-it-forward program), and timeline.
Step 3
Partner Intake
With our organizations aligned, Team CMD will ensure we have a solid point of contact, and the right data in our system. Depending on the engagement, we’ll sign contracts/MOUs, After a little calendar magic, CMD will start preparing!
Step 4
Engagement Prep
Based on your organization and engagement needs CMD will research new material, create presentations, develop attendee worksheets, and so much more. We’ll have our design team work with your marketing guru and co-create a great marketing story.
Step 5
Service Delivery
It’s Gametime! Whether virtual or in-person, CMD will be ready to support your team! We’ll build in buffer time before and after JUST in case something crazy – like a pandemic – happens. We normally allow pictures and video recordings to take place.
Step 6
Final Payment
Almost done! Depending on our engagement agreement, we’ll close out any outstanding balances. CMD takes payment via credit, debit card, venmo, checks, money orders, our website, and our invoicing process.

Engagement Feedback
We want your feedback! We’ll send you or your event participants a feedback survey (your feedback helps us grow). CMD normally has a short post-event video chat to debrief and ensure expectations were met & exceeded. You can even leave an impact story!

Impact Recap
With a job well done, it’s time to celebrate. We hope you’ll tell others about the event, and we’ll share about your organization on our socials, blog/newsletter, and website! We are hear to highlight your story and maximize the impact your organization has had.
